  Nick provided us a very thorough and comprehensive final property inspection report with plenty of photos to point to the work required. He was flexible, proactive, insightful and professional in his approach and communication. Nick provided a personalised approach to suit our special needs and circumstances and even communicated with the builder on our behalf and advocated for us throughout. His recommendations for the fixes required have been really helpful. We will highly recommend Nick and My Canberra Building Inspections to anyone requiring building inspection services.

  I rate my experience of Nick and his service delivery as exemplary. As a professional in his field, I found him to be knowledgeable, insightful, objective and fair. He was generous with his time and patient in explaining his findings and answering my endless questions. His personal and business integrity was openly evident in his sense of 'fair play' and what is legal and the right thing to do. His reporting on the presenting problem was extensive and substantiated with proof. A further attribute is Nick's sense of quality and worth in 'community caring for each other'. Included in his report he also expressed his concerns, not only about the issue that I was presented with, but also with how similar issues were evident in the neighbourhood where no controls had been exercised.

  I am buying an apartment. I wanted to gain an independent report but was unsure which company to choose. I found myself reading these very reviews and decided to select Nick and his company.   I had Nick come along for an off-the-plan apartment pre-settlement inspection. Nick was exceptionally thorough and communicated precisely to the builder about the fixes needed. His report was very detailed, with plenty of photos. Would not hesitate recommend Nick to any buyer; great to have on your side and takes the stress out of an inspection.

  Nick's professionalism in his work is outstanding, his reports are always detailed and provide plenty of photographic evidences, on top of that his website also provides insightful information on his works and background as a great architecture and Class-A Builder. Highly recommended for anyone who want a honest and detail building inspection.
