  Sharon was really responsive to our questions and requests during the time we were attending her open homes and asking for copies of contracts and building reports. She also helped us negotiate with the seller around a preferred settlement date. On auction day she explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable. After we had one the auction Sharon and her team sat down with us and explained everything we were signing. Very happy with the whole experience.

  George had initially contacted me for a free property appraisal which he prepared for me free of charge.
  
  Once it came time to sell the house I decided to contact him and he was very helpful with the process of putting the house on the market.
  
  The marketing and open house schedule was handled expertly and there were many potential buyers secured for the auction date.
  
  Georges attention to detail was second to none and he was always available to answer any questions.
  
  In the end I got $35k over the asking price and the whole experience was smooth sailing from start to finish.

  An extremely positive experience from the get-go!
  From the moment we met Sharon, we could see that she was knowledgeable, clever, enthusiastic, warm and genuine. She showed us to be right in our assessment of her.   A great agent with experience to help you with your future purchase
  Michael was not only honest, he looked after both the seller and the buyer. Michael has not hidden any issues, and was open and transparent throughout the buying process. His knowledge and experience in the real estate market is very clear, as he is a fountain of knowledge that was certainly appreciate for my purchase. Throughout the process I also found Michael to be fair to both buyer and sells. Highly recommend Michael for anyone buying or selling a future home or investment property.

  Sharon was incredibly helpful and supportive through the process of buying the house. She even went so far as to help find movers and to help link up water and power. She also helped with the transfer of money between accounts when I unexpectedly went over my limited during a transfer.
